The new SIGNAMUS Online Archive makes it possible for companies of any size and from any industry to store data of any kind legally compliant and revision-safe.
Thus, electronic invoices and key documents, such as contracts and intellectual property, can be stored in the online archive as long as needed, in accordance with the law, and protected from unauthorized access by third parties.

Documents can be manually uploaded, categorized, and then found once more by means of the installed full-text search. Naturally, documents are displayed in the preview in the browser, without the necessity for installing or starting the respective application on the Client. Third parties, such as tax consultants and auditors, can be given online access to selected data as required by law in accordance with the GDPdU (German Principles for data access and verifiability of digital documents) by means of a high-performance access control.
Simple and standardized integration
The SIGNAMUS Online Archive is always integrated into existing IT infrastructures in encoded form and very flexibly by means of various interfaces, including email, FTP, SOAP, and CMIS. CMIS (Content Management Interoperability Services), the global standard for the integration of DMS, offers standardized, simple, and fully automated integration with other IT systems, such as ERP, billing, or workflow systems.
Effective data protection and data security
All data will be saved in the revision-safe memory system with at least quadruple redundancy and is therefore effectively protected against loss. In addition, all data is regularly backed up and can be securely restored even in case of a catastrophe.
