Auxiliary functions
As an option, SIGNAMUS offers a number of auxiliary functions, which you can use in addition to the standard service scope depending on the individual processes. Please contact us directly if you are interested in one of several auxiliary functions. All obsolete functions can be combined with each other.
Qualified time stamp
On request, we can offer more than person related signatures for your invoices through SIGNAMUS. We will add a qualified time stamp in accordance with the signature law to each invoice if you want to legally document the shipping point of time on your invoice in addition to the signature. We receive time stamps directly from the accredited Trust Center of AuthentiDate International AG. The Trust Center is accredited for many years by the Bundesnetzagentur (Federal Network Agency). The qualified time stamps freeze the status of your invoice data legally and traceably at a court for at least 30 years.
The time stamp from the Trust Center of AuthentiDate International AG are also in accordance with the regulations of the EU signature guideline (2001/115/EG) and are therefore approved in all EU countries.
Audit-conforming archiving
If requested, the invoice sender as well as the recipient can use an audit-conforming archive system for the signed invoices. This means that you can archive your invoice data in an audit-conforming manner without having to make your own investments and you still have access to them. And this "under hand and seal". Because the audit-conformance of the SIGNAMUS storage medium was confirmed by a well-known international auditing company.
Swiss certificate
Special regulations for electronic invoices apply in Switzerland because Switzerland is not a member of the European Union. As an option, SIGNAMUS also supports Swiss certificates to guarantee that you do not have to forgo electronic invoices in conformance with the Swiss legislation. This means that you can generate and check signatures in accordance with the special requirements in Switzerland. Please contact us if you want to use this special service. Individual, dedicated signature cards
The standard service scope includes a number of SIGNAMUS signature cards for signature generation. However, SIGNAMUS also offers you the option to use individual, separate signature cards. The cards will be implemented and administered separately and they will be assigned to your SIGNAMUS account. They can only be used by your individually assigned accounts. This means, that you can include your own company name, e.g. as a pseudonym, or other information in your signatures.
Individual, dedicated SIGNAMUS system
The option of dedicated SIGNAMUS systems is available for special requirements. In this case, a complete SIGNAMUS system will be made separately available to you. This means, that very individual requirements with respect to volume, signatures, data flow and data security can be satisfied. An individual proposal for a dedicated system will be jointly worked out and coordinated with you. Please contact us.
