Connection

Virtual drive
The easiest and fasted integration is provided by a virtual network drive. This drive will be established in a few minutes completely automatic by a free SIGNAMUS client software (Windows) on your work station. This means that you can sign and check signatures on invoices and other documents without any previous knowledge within a few minutes. Afterwards, you may send or process the invoice or signed document.

		Signature generation through a virtual drive As a first step, you will receive a dedicated SIGNAMUS access software (not a signature software!), which is made available to you through a link for download and installation. Two new virtual drives appear in the file directory of your computer after the installation, which normally does not require more than 4 to 5 minutes of your time. These are the directories "Signing file" and "Result signing".
The signing of electronic invoices For signatures, your electronic invoices/signed documents (e.g. PDF files) must only be transferred to the directory "Signing file". The data will immediately and fully automatically be encrypted and transferred to the SIGNAMUS computer center. This is where your data will be automatically signed and it will be filed in your directory "Result signing". You can now immediately process the signed data or send it by e-mail.
		Signature check through a virtual drive The automatic signature check with SIGNAMUS: SIGNAMUS can be used for simple, fast and automatic checks of several signed invoices/signed documents at the same time. You will receive an access software for the signature check through a virtual drive. The installation normally does not take more than 4 to 5 minutes. After the installation of the access software, two more virtual drives will appear in the file directory of your computer: These are the directories "Signing file" and "Result check".
You may copy and file the received electronic invoice/signed document and the associated signature in the directory "Check signature". This process transfers your data automatically and encrypted to the SIGNAMUS computer center and this is where it will be checked securely and automatically. You will receive the test result within a few seconds in your directory "Result check".
		In case you want to archive your electronically signed invoices? As a customer, SIGNAMUS provides a personal memory space to you - without additional cost. This means, that you can find your signed invoices/signed documents at any time and call them up. We store your signed invoices/signed documents for the duration of your contract (including signature and test result) up to a capacity of 1 GB free of charge in the SIGNAMUS computer center.
You have access to your stored data at any time. The well arranged and simple structure of the filed data in the SIGNAMUS archive makes it possible that you can find and call-up your data easily and at any time - independent of the selected language. In addition, you can also file the data to local archive systems on your own computer.

e-Mail (SMTP)
The e-mail (SMTP) interface is the best option for you if you send and receive invoices by e-mail. The integration of this interface will be established centrally on your e-mail server. Implementation service is normally provided by your system administrator. However, we would be glad if we can support you with this activity. This will guarantee an automatic and secure data flow for your important documents at any time. The signature and/or check is provided fully automatically in the background when the e-mail is sent or received.

SOAP
The standardized SOAP web service interface provides the optimal security if you require a high and auditable transaction security. The structured and transaction-secured data exchange per SOAP protocol (in accordance with worldwide W3C specifications) provides a control of the data flow and a maximum flexibility through a message-based control. The establishment of this interface can be provided by one of your employees based on our documentation. However, we will be glad to support you. If requested, we can provide the complete installation. Using the SOAP interface option, the sending and receiving of invoices is processed on your systems.
