Audit-compliant storage

In the SIGNAMUS Cloudservice, you can store your invoices in an audit-compliant manner and have access to your data at any time by means of a web interface.

Audit-compliant storage of electronic invoices is required by law in almost all countries. So that you do not have to operate an audit-compliant archive system yourself, you can store your electronic invoices and other important data in the SIGNAMUS Online Archive in an audit-compliant manner. All that you need is internet access. Your data is always transferred in encoded form and you have access to your invoices at any time (24/7) by means of a web interface.

By assigning rights, you can grant various persons and user groups access to the invoices in the SIGNAMUS Online Archive. This access can also be set up for a limited time for review purposes, e.g. by auditors.

The audit-compliant nature of the SIGNAMUS Online Archive was certified by a well-known auditing company. If necessary, we will take care of technical adaptations and subsequent certifications.
