Checking signatures
We check the signatures of your incoming invoices – including signatures of other providers. In some countries, such as Germany, the checking of signatures on incoming invoices is obligatory.
The multi-lingual signature portal www.signature-check.com is therefore available free of charge for all SIGNAMUS users and their customers or suppliers for checking all signatures created by means of SIGNAMUS. Checking is fast, simple, self-explanatory, and with proper checking protocol in various languages – worldwide. Only a current Internet Browser (IE, Firefox, etc.) is needed. As a result, all recipients of a signed invoice can check signatures themselves without special software installation.
