Data conversion & imaging

If desired, we will use your data to create a PDF or a file in another format for further processing by the invoice recipient.

Any invoice recipients want to process the data directly in their systems. For this, data or format conversion is necessary. If desired, SIGNAMUS will individually create files in the formats desired by your invoice recipients. Simply supply the data to us in the manner that is simplest for you. We will create and convert EDI, XML, and others.

During imaging, so-called human-readable formats are created. A PDF is created from your ERP-invoice data by Cloudservice SIGNAMUS, for example. You do not need your own imaging components for this.
