Qualified time stamp

In some countries, qualified time stamps are necessary for electronic invoices, such as in Hungary and Italy. SIGNAMUS creates the necessary time stamps for you.
As SIGNAMUS is a Cloudservice of AuthentiDate International AG, we procure qualified time stamps directly from the accredited Trust Center of AuthentiDate International AG. The Trust Center has been accredited by the Federal Network Agency since 2001. The qualified time stamps freeze the status of your invoice data in a legally binding manner and make it verifiable in court for at least 30 years.

The time stamps from the Trust Center of AuthentiDate International AG also meet the regulations of the EU-signature directive (2001/115/EC) and are thus recognized in all EU-States. You therefore do not need to involve any additional service providers and receive all services from a single source.
