Sending invoices in Switzerland

SIGNAMUS also meets the special legal requirements of the Federal Department of Finance in Switzerland.
As Switzerland is not a member of the European Union, there are special requirements there for sending and receiving electronic invoices. The Federal Department of Finance has defined these requirements.
In Switzerland, the use of special Swiss certificates for the creation of the signatures is therefore necessary. In addition, it is mandatory that service providers, who issue these signatures in accordance with Swiss law, be able to demonstrate the existence of a subsidiary in Switzerland.
SIGNAMUS meets all of these Swiss requirements. Thus, you can not only legally send and receive electronic invoices within the EU with SIGNAMUS, but also in Switzerland.
