Signing invoices

We sign your outgoing invoices with qualified signatures in accordance with the EU-signature directive, the German Turnover Tax Act, and the current EU-invoice directive (2010/45/EU).

The qualified signatures created by SIGNAMUS meet the highest, international standards. Electronic invoices signed with SIGNAMUS can thus be used throughout the entire EU.    

To sign your electronic invoices with SIGNAMUS, you do not need any signature software and signature cards of your own. Internet access is all that is necessary. All legal requirements for the creation of the qualified signature are assumed by SIGNAMUS.  

Naturally, you can also send electronic invoices outside of the EU with SIGNAMUS. Depending upon the country, we use the necessary signatures and comply with the additional requirements.
