• Easy and simply connection to ERP/invoice & DMS systems
• Web service interfaces:
• Virtual network drive (file directory) through WebDAV protocol
with encrypted connection (HTTPS). Set-Up and access
WebDAV virtual drives through SIGNAMUS client software (Windows XP SP2+)
or WebDAV protocol
• E-mail interface (Proxy) through SMTP protocol as an encrypted
connection (START TLS)
• SOAP interface with encrypted connection (SOAP RPC via HTTPS)
for transmission, pickup and status query for data/documents to
be signed and checked.
• Maximum technical file size: 15MB
• Protection against unauthorized access through authentication and
encryption on the protocol level
• Optional: Data format conversion/imaging, e.g. from XML to PDF,
as part of individual projects
• Optional: Implementation of the transmission channels (e.g. SOAP input
with subsequent sending of e-mail) only as part of individual adaptations.
• Optional: Legal compliant, auditable archiving of the signed and checked data,
also available as long-term archive in accordance with German §17 SigV
